Thank you for visiting my website today and giving me the opportunity to explain a little about how I like to establish a relationship with my clients. This is just a brief explanation and if you decide to make an appointment with me, I will explain things in much more detail.
First, I like to meet homebuyers at my office, or somewhere else that is convenient for you, for an initial consultation to discuss your real estate needs. I'll explain my real estate services and all the things I will do for you as a full-service Realtor. If you have not been pre-approved with a lender yet and need a referral to a lender, I have a great lender that I have worked with for years to get you pre-approved and ready to write up an offer when we find the house of your dreams.
Getting pre-approved for your mortgage is an important step to complete before even starting to look at homes, because most sellers and their agents will not even look at an offer if it doesn't have a pre-approval letter attached. Some won't even let an agent make an appointment to show the home without a pre-approval letter. This also helps us pinpoint your price range for your home search and gives us a chance to address any credit issues, if there are any that come up.
This initial meeting gives us a chance to get to know each other a little and see if we're comfortable working together. If we are, then we'll discuss how you want to proceed. We'll take a look at any available listings that meet your search criteria and I'll arrange appointments to view the properties you want to see.
If we don't click with working together, then I could refer you to another agent who might suit you better, if you'd like me to do so, or we can go our separate ways with a friendly handshake and a smile. I've never had to do this, but there's always a first time I guess! Either way, there will be no pressure from me and I'm happy as long as you're happy.
